This is one of the most traditional, mountainous  villages and it is located 20 km from Corfu town. The village beach is pebbly and has a small port. It is ideal for underwater exploration and sea excursions by boat.

The famous sandy beach of Αγ. Γόρδιος, where you can also find a diving school is only 4-5km away. The golf clubs and the famous Aqualand of Corfu are in about 15km. The town and airport of Corfu are in about 20km.
