Luxurious Villa Meliti, built in early 2009, is situated in a unique area of unspoilt natural beauty. This is a beautiful, private villa of 150sq.m. It has three comfortable bedrooms with a double bed each.  All bedrooms have air conditioning, satellite flat TV and a bathroom with Jacuzzi. They also have a large terrace overlooking the sea and lake κορισσιων while from the other side of the house they overlook mountain  (πες ποιο βουνό). The Villa also has a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, etc.). It also has a comfortable and stylish lounge and dining area for up to 8 people. The living room is air conditioned and has a satellite flat TV. From this room there is immediate access to the pool and garden. There is also a wireless internet connection and a computer.

Outside, the villa has a private pool of 55sq.m.,  a private parking, a special barbeque area with dining table, while in some corner of the beautiful garden there is a small playground for children. Around the pool, there are wooden sun beds, a swing and garden furniture.

The villa is built in an enclosed estate of 3000sq.m. This, in combination with the beautiful and quiet area where the villa is situated guarantees a unique destination for those seeking comfort, luxury and relaxation when in holiday.

The two villas are separate, which gives them autonomy, while at the same time it makes them ideal for more than two families seeking quality holidays.
Villa meliti can comfortably accommodate 6 to 8 people. Both villas can accommodate together 12 to 16 people, since two additional single beds or baby cots can be added in each villa, with no extra charge.

Villa Meliti is located in the southwest side of Corfu, 22km from Corfu town, airport and port and just 3km from the large and picturesque village of Aghios Mathaios

Villa Meliti is located just 1km from the unique and famous beach of χαλικούνα, which, however, hasn’t been spoilt because of the mild growth of tourism in the area. The beach remains by far one of the cleanest beaches of the island. The beach is a narrow strip of sand (2.5 km long) that separates lake κορισσίων from the sea. Many wild birds live there and for this reason the whole area is protected by NATURA. Apart from the beach of χαλ.,, the area offers a unique variety of mainly small and sandy beaches as  π., σ., and π... Within walking distance you can find many restaurants where you can taste the Corfiot cuisine as well as fresh fish. For shopping and any other service you can visit Αγ.Μ., which is one of the largest and most traditional villages of the island. There you can find a post office, a pharmacy as well as Super Markets, a butcher, playground, sports facilities, restaurants, traditional taverns and Cafés.
